What is a kinesiologist?

A kinesiologist is more than just a personal trainer, they are movement specialists.Kinesiology is the scientific study of movement, performance and function; also known as kinetics. Kinesiology applies the science of biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, psychology and neuroscience to human movement and function.
